Here’s a quick recipe:
- 5’ish stalks of organic celery roughly chopped
- Option to add any of the following if you have some hanging in the fridge: wheatgrass, organic cucumber, kale, leafy lettuce
- Blend with aprox 24oz filtered water for 30-45 seconds (don’t rush it). Pour off ‘juice’ and blend more water with the remaining pulp as necessary.
- Pro tip: if you’re not a fan of the ‘pulp’ wait a couple minutes before slowly pouring. Another option is to strain the liquid when pouring it into the glass.
