I would love a 45 min sweat sess with Tina Turner music. Mixing it up old school rock. I also love upper body with weights.

I love this workout. It is a great stretch and cardio flow and the best part is it is quick but really fun and keeps you grounded and mindful.

Wow. This is so hard for me to just slow down and breathe. Thank you Marnie and team for adding this one the the library. And what timing. I have added this one to my go to playlist.

Revisited this one for the challenge. It was so hard but I am definitely getting stronger. Added to a playlist so I will keep pushing through.

I am in bed at 8:42. Usually I go to bed closer to 10 pm. Taking this part of the challenge very seriously. Anyone else ?

Loved how Marnie shows us how one simple tool like a towel can make an amazing workout.
So quick thought and question. I have been sick. Not COVID but a virus for sure. I have aches and head fog and sore throat and an annoying and painful cough. What does one do? Workout and follow the challenge. Take a day or too off. Jump off the challenge. I am pretty depressed lately so have been following and doing the challenge up until Sunday when it got real. Thoughts
