Happy Monday, GFam! Just a quick heads up that we’re making some fun and exciting updates to our platform. If things look a little different, don’t worry 😉 Everything will be back to normal soon and even better!

It’s here! Our newest category M/EXPRESS!

This brand new series consists of 10 minute classes that are designed to be short, focused, and easy to return to throughout your day! You can use one as a quick movement break, layer it onto a longer class, or come back to the mat for a simple reset ✨

You can find the intro video out NOW to get a feel for what this category is all about! 

And tomorrow, we begin with SCULPT. A class focused on full body strength work to leave you feeling strong and connected.
