Hi Amy! We recommend always doing what feels best for your body! Our workout was designed to be done at whatever frequency works with your schedule. If this is still new to you I would recommend starting with 3 days a week and working up to 5. It's not necessary to take a 'recovery day' in between sessions unless that's what your body is craving. If you begin feeling any sensitivities take a day off and supplement with a long walk or gentle hike. Please keep in touch as you progress. We're always here to help. xo
