What a delight! The beginning of this class is super bouncy and joyful with fun kick-y (is that a word?) choreo that helps to shake it all off. Quick weight series, some lovely barre and then a concentrated challenging ab series. Does anyone else feel the fire when we're doing that push the ball against your leg move? I use that to gauge core strength progress because PHEW! I lovedddd this 80s Americana playlist, and I love a good 45 minute Signature!

Core-centric workouts always feel like the thing I SHOULD do but am hesitant to do, and make no mistake, this one is a challenge! AND it has a real flow to it in a way that moves us from all fours to our back to side planks to our belly and back again. Nothing feels impossible or so challenging that I just thought, "oh no". At least not today! Just gonna keep shouting out all the brilliant ethos around acknowledging perfectionism and capitalism and the pressure on women's relationship with their bodies in this moment in time. In conjunction with focus on and celebration of the nervous system! What other workout platform is doing this?! We are a lucky crew indeed

Rebecca, have you ever watched any of the videos where LP did the workouts while Marnie’s foot was injured? That might be helpful to see a different body doing these movements! I remember feeling less alone even just watching her react to the challenge of certain moves, let alone getting to watch her do the moves themselves while Marnie adjusted. Could be helpful!

Such a well-rounded class that is sweaty and JOYful without feeling like you're huffing and puffing. Some classic and even old-school M/Body moves that are crafted into fun new variations and sequences (the heart-to-heart plank series was my fave). Barre work with the ball on the floor had my legs burningggg! Very doable arm section with 5lbs and a simple and quick ab series on the floor! Was singing along to this playlist from the first to the last second! HAPPY BDAY sweet Monique and fellow Cancer or late June friends! Being made of the same star stuff as Monique is one of the greatest compliments I could get :)

Such a warming and light-filled Juneteenth Summer Solstice celebration. Leg and glute-forward class with work at the barre and all fours. Nice little focused core series at the end with weights. More than anything, I love everything Marnie shared at the end of the class about awareness and presence with ALL the colors and moments of this class and life. Never not grateful for the reminder to notice when I lock in on my own internal narrative and what hurts or is uncomfortable vs my strength and that change is a-comin! Equally SO SO SO grateful to be part of a community that values strength over 'shoulds'. Happy Birthday fellow late June babies! I hope this was a special as all of you!!

This is such a lovely leg-y/glute-y ballerina stretch that brought some sweat and was also a nice warm stretch. Thanks for this stretch!

Phew! That curtsy to gate-ish pose back up to knee raise combo was a doozy! I love these power sculpt classes and how functional each movement and exercise feels. Standing class with lots of movements in all directions. I do believe ALL the muscles got worked. We're on a run of particularly good playlists, in my humble opinion!

This was such an incredible XXX and 555th class. Energizing playlist with some really classic Signature class moves. Short arm series with weights, some challenging planks, abs with hips on the ball (one of my faves) and lots of jump options. I said it in the Live, but I love how many hip rolls we do in XXX classes. It feels apropos :) I think Marnie is so special and so smart and clear. When she shares about the philosophy behind this class and this month's theme, it just makes me feel so grateful and fortunate that someone like this exists in health and fitness. I relate to my body so differently because of this work. I don't have to hate it or fight with it--I get to feel lucky that it can do this work and joyful to actually do it. Thank you, Marnie. A blue moon class as well! Enjoy!
