They are so so precious, Brittney! I have twin nephews who were also a little early and are a huge joy of my life, so I feel very invested in your little guys! Looks like things are going great!!

These ballet sculpt classes bring up a LOT of perfectionism for me, which I am going to consider an opportunity for some KINDNESS To self. I get distracted by what leg I'm on and how turned out I SHOULD be and if I'm pushing on to the right part of my foot and and and and and. I think it's partly because it brings me back to being 19 in ballet class doing everything I can to hide from my own reflection. So I'll come back to this and all ballet sculpt classes again and again and hopefully I will get better and kinder in the process. I particularly enjoyed the stretch and meditation during this 35ish minute class!

This playlist is wonderful. Lots of arm and core endurance for me today, and it felt fun and joyful. Maybe it was the music, maybe it was Marnie's amazing outfit, but I'm glad I'm here

Touching my stomach is always such an activating gesture, AND I relish opportunities to feel brave enough to feel it and thank it for all the incredible things it does. A beautiful meditation opportunity at the end of this will let you do just that. Fun and challenging without being a TOTAL ass-kicker. To be fair, I still paused. I'm trying to be gentle with myself about doing that more lately. Thank you for this one!

An unbelievably sweet and powerful class. The "Bourbon" sequence (which I would define as the entire glute series!) was fun, challenging and burned so gooooood (just like a good shot of bourbon). Watching Marnie move through this grief in real time made ME feel stronger and more present in the entire workout. If she and Katelyn can show up for us in these moments, how am I capable of showing up in the world? I am so moved by and grateful for the two of you being here for this community and workout. What a true gift your presences are and continue to be. Also, what a playlist! "DITTY"?!!! That shit was just straight joy!!!

Fun, new flows that were low to the ground and nourishing. Like Alana below, I am coming back from a wicked cold/flu last week, and this was a great combo of moving and doing stretchy strengthening. This one runs about 26 minutes, so plan accordingly! Worth every second!

This was such a fun, FIERY and joy-filled one. Definitely longer than 60-minutes but delightful all the way! Love watching these two friends work out together. Also very much enjoyed the George Michael music video commentary :). I've noticed for a couple of classes that glute bridges are included as part of the stretch in the timestamps, which still feels like a workout in my body! If you're the same, stretch begins post-bridges at 1:02:17!

I love Power Sculpts. This made me feel so strong. I have to say I have also really appreciated the slower more thoughtful movements of the workouts lately. It has helped me feel a little less overwhelmed and a little more centered when I come to my exercise. Thank you so much for that and for this, Marnie and crew!

SUPER fun leg/glute series at the bar and abs on top of the ball. This one is definitely an >60 at 54 minutes, so plan accordingly! But every single minute is just a delight. Having Lauren move through it with us is so special!
