When I previewed this workout I was not going to do it. When I first started my adventure & transformation with MBody, I couldn’t do the floor to standing workouts well & tended to avoid them. This year you have incorporated it a lot & I have been working hard to make it through. I am proud to say almost two years later I have been finding these easier to do and realized at my age these workouts are important for getting up and off the floor. I hope I’m still able to do this for a very long time. Thank you for helping me feel younger, Marnie! I tell everyone about MBody!

What an awesome class! I was feeling so uneasy and depressed today. I had my dinner and I thought I was going to just do a meditation, saw this class and thought, OK you probably need a stretch class. I did two 60 minute classes on Saturday and Sunday #483(that was a butt kicker!) and my muscles are still sore-even though I did a recovery flow on Monday. I did not think my body could stretch In the way you had it stretch! You cease to amaze me, Marnie, with the classes you create. I tell everyone my body comes from MBody by Marnie Alton! It’s even in my bio on our work website.

After doing two intense workouts, the last two days I thought I would do something a little bit more calm today. I haven’t sweat this much in several weeks. You are absolutely amazing Marnie! No equipment iin simply 20 minutes I must’ve lost a pound in sweat!

You asked what we would like to see more of, I liked the work out with no props. I really did do a lot of sweating and lost a whole pound. I would also like to see more chest and my worst body part is my inner booty. At 63, it needs a lot of work as it has no definition.

I am 63 years old and found my first Marni workout on YouTube last fall. I had been doing bar with Kathy Smith and Burn at the Barr for about eight months. After I found Marnie and worked out with her a few times on YouTube I did a three month subscription to MBody Last November. When you had the special for a year in December, I went ahead and signed up for a year. I had stopped doing consistent exercises for about eight years and my body changed a little last year when I started doing Barr but it’s changed a lot since November. You are amazing Marnie. Even when I don’t think I can make it through you motivate me to keep going. I can’t do all your jumping jacks & cross jumps but I always modify to stay moving. My last doctor visit my body fat is at 15%. My doctor said most women will never see 15%. My flexibility is amazing. My physical this month my doctor picked up my leg and moved it across my body and couldn’t believe how flexible I was in my hips. I tell everybody about you! I’m constantly showing people the app.
