Looking for recs! I would love some <45s and <60s that don't have us doing ab work on the floor - I have some back and neck sensitivity and I've been told to avoid doing floor ab work where I am on my back. Some of my favorite classes are <30 Standing Core, <30 Posture Perfect/202, <30 Posture Perfect/323, <Super Bowl Standing Sculpt/258, and <45 Low Impact Ballet Sculpt and Stretch/243. Thank you!

Did it today with 5lb weights instead of 3 - wow! I had to go slower than Marnie and take a couple breaks, but it felt amazing!

Just tried this one today (still wearing sneakers for my knee sensitivity) and it was great! All standing including stretch, great combos, and amazing music.

Did this with sneakers today and my knees felt great!

Thank you Emily! I did Healing Hips/121 and remembered how much I love that class. And wow my right hip is so much tighter than my left hip!
