Thank you Emily! I did Healing Hips/121 and remembered how much I love that class. And wow my right hip is so much tighter than my left hip!

Loved doing this one with my 3lb weights! All standing until one cobra pose to child's pose to dancer's straddle.

Great class! Loved the kicks throughout and the sneaky weights towards the end. 5 lb hand weights were plenty for me right now (and I don't have ankle weights either).

Perfect for a low energy day, and I appreciate some floor work without anything on the back, which sometimes bothers my neck!

This might be my all-time favorite - I love the gradual build up of arm strength and leg mobility. When my knees feel a little creaky, it's great to be all warmed up before getting to wide second at the very end. I use 3lb hand weights for everything except the warm-up and stretch! Also love the intention at the end.

This was a great new class! I struggled with the floor abs section though because leaning on my forearms on my back doesn't feel good for my neck - any possible modifications?
