Hey fam - I FINALLY did the 60 min signature Taylor’s version this morning. I have to have gum surgery today (ugh!) so wanted to start my day with some sweaty joy… wish me luck. I was thinking of using my recovery after as a chance to work through all the healing hips … or any other great gentle stretch classes you recommend??

This was such a fun flow! Got a little sweaty but not too crazy and had a smile on my face the whole time! Will be coming back to this one for sure!
