Seriously my fave of the arm dances I've done so far -- bookmarking and coming back to this one for sure!

This one is such a challenge for me -- will need to come back to it more and more to keep growing!

Oh man -- I've had a hard week and haven't felt up to doing anything to bouncy or intense, but thought that I could try something a bit more today and am SO glad that this is the one I picked. So much JOY -- I was smiling the whole way through. Thanks!

I've fallen off the wagon lately but was determined to get back to it today and randomly picked this one... and I am SOOOOO glad I did! It is an immediate favourite -- loved the choreography and strength. Just what I needed to get back in the groove.
