At 67, this is what was my personal journey...Perimemopause, and beyond. I used a natural herbal supplement to control symptoms and my sanity. I am in no way affiliated or trying to sell a product. For post menopause, it provides just enough lubrication…You’ll find out. But tricks that worked for me: 1) NO SUGAR, specifically at night. It made my night sweats / hot flashes reduced to very tolerable levels. 2) Stop comparing to others. Weight gain was a thorn for me to deal with but I kept reminding myself to love my body. Sure enough, once it was over I was back to my original weight. Let the process happen!. 3) Remember to have childlike moments. Giggle and play. 4) Seek inside yourself for joy and gratitude. Love the booty workouts no matter the time (20/30/45). Tried the 5lb weights today. This was the perfect activity for my ‘me’ time today. Self love all the way. Thank you Marnie!

I concur with Amanda Schlitt. Sweat, body control, continuous flow and <60 to boot!…It had all the goodness and love. Please keep full body flows (<30, <45, or <60) in the mix. Thank you Marnie
