I would like to take this moment to show my utmost appreciation for all those behind the scenes that allow Marnie to give us the most loving safe place on the internet. Next a thank you to the M/Body Family. Thanks for your loving care and kindess you bring to this platform. When we are online here,  a place I call home now, we feel the extended love from Marnie, her crew and all of you. Feeling gratitude today.

Rye was an added benefit of unconditional love and calm (amid the chaos). This is my all time favorite for the gooey goodness my body desperately needed today. Thank you Marnie and Rye. I am grounded and ready to close out the weekend.

Been gone for a minute (herniated discs in neck)…This was a great place to return. Couldn’t do all the overhead weights, but the cadence of the movement was just what I needed after a 3 month hiatus. New Fav. Thank you Marnie

If you want to get your Breath Nerd on…I highly recommend this book, “Breath, The New Science of a Lost Art”, by James Nestor. Very intereting read. Thank you Marnie for this excellent insght into our most automatic and rarely thought of body function.
