I did the meditation. For some reason, the universe (and Marnie) provide exactly what I needed that day. I also completed the <60 Cinco de Mayo Signature / 90. I love Company Segundo and this workout hit the spot for a perfect Saturday in June. Thank you Marnie.

Fur Baby Summer Camp…Tomorrow, Eddy, my newest fur baby embarks on his journey to finishing school for service level obedience training. I told him it was summer camp and that he would be playing with the other furry kids and to be a good boy. Hopefully he will come home with an archery badge! I will miss him for the next 4 weeks but will post a photo when he graduates.

Love the booty workouts no matter the time (20/30/45). Tried the 5lb weights today. This was the perfect activity for my ‘me’ time today. Self love all the way. Thank you Marnie!
