Not sure if the beats will work but…I’m Jones’n for some 60’s British Invasion tunes…think Beatles, Kinks, Animals, Hollies, Donovan, Manfred Mann, Procol Harem (A whiter shade of pale for cool down). I guess I’m showing my age? Perhaps this fall we can have a 60’s Brit theme. Hmmmm

I concur!

I did the meditation. For some reason, the universe (and Marnie) provide exactly what I needed that day. I also completed the <60 Cinco de Mayo Signature / 90. I love Company Segundo and this workout hit the spot for a perfect Saturday in June. Thank you Marnie.

Fur Baby Summer Camp…Tomorrow, Eddy, my newest fur baby embarks on his journey to finishing school for service level obedience training. I told him it was summer camp and that he would be playing with the other furry kids and to be a good boy. Hopefully he will come home with an archery badge! I will miss him for the next 4 weeks but will post a photo when he graduates.

At 67, this is what was my personal journey...Perimemopause, and beyond. I used a natural herbal supplement to control symptoms and my sanity. I am in no way affiliated or trying to sell a product.
