FurBaby Story -- This is Lady, a 1 year old pocket Labrador (max 40-50) lbs. I am fostering her and training her for an organization I have been volunteering at for over 10 years called Shelter to Soldier (sheltertosoldier.org). We adopt shelter dogs and provide them for free to Post 911 TBI/PTSD Veterans (for life). It takes anywhere from 6 months to 18 months for her to be an accredited service dog. Anyway she is the sweetest girl and will make her Veteran very happy. She will participate in speed dating to find her ideal Veteran in about 6 months and then they will work together for 6 months before graduating as a team. This has been the most rewarding thing in my live and I am honored to see the growth of both the dog and Veteran through their journeys. In this photo, she has just finished 20 min training and is spent! Enjoy...

Wow. This was just what I needed today. I enjoyed the more traditional bar work. Thank you!

Just did this a second time for the Strive for 5 guide. I truly love this workout for the same reasons Beata mentioned. Thank you Marnie!

I don’t believe it has been added to the catalog yet. I can’t see it either. Standing by.
