Omg! It’s all the feels this one. Today I was having a hard time getting to the mat and Marnie knew! How did she know??? 💗 I modified and used 2 lbs (which were a bit tough for me today) I listened to my body to know when to modify and was able to access deeper muscles that way. Thank you!💗🥰 love you all!

So sweet! I remember when my niece used to do that - bounce along to the workouts- adorable visual. I have a sacred space meditation area in my bedroom that I love, but I tend to workout in the living room which is a bit more spacious. I love that you found a sacred space in this challenge! 💗💫

Love the choreography! 🖤 The attitude encloche at barre and the knee turned in when on all fours. Those combos were great and even though the abs were a bit challenging, they seemed so doable and I got through them! Yay! 🎉💫

Beautiful family pictures Heidi! So sweet! 💗 I modify the heck out of things and take water breaks when needed or start stretching if it’s burning a little too intense. And I just tell myself- “hey look, your on the mat! You made it! That counts for something!”- positive self talk during modifications. Like “good job, you knew what I needed”. I struggle sometimes in my head about awww man I used to be able to do A,B, or C. But I’m trying shift into more kindness to myself. Even if I’m doing something different than Marnie on the screen, I like to envision everyone doing it together in their own way differently and I love what Marnie has to say about stuff.
