Love this class so much! Mood lifter when I was feeling a bit melancholy. Thank you!!! And again especially the abs at the end. Love that series! There was a little bit of everything in here. I started with 5 lbs but changed to 3lbs shortly after. I’m pretty sure I did 0-1lbs the first time I did it! And the booty leg lifts standing core at the barre!! Love! Getting stronger!!! 💗💫

I was feeling so low energy today and this got me goin. I used my bathrobe belt and it worked great! Modified when needed when it became a bit much for shoulder. Loved exploring and playing to see what my body could do. Also a bit sweaty. Wasn’t expecting that. Lots of love!

I think it would be fun to have a 70s class. I’m also lovin the idea around more breathwork/meditation classes. I always love a knockout sweat with old school rap and R&B for some reason that always gets me goin when I feel like giving up.
