Love this one! Mainly for the abs at the end!!! But challenging barre. I did better this time than the first time I did it!!! Love to all! Xo

It’s a chanting/active meditation. Maybe I should have specified that. Sometimes the term “chanting” freaks people out. Quiet meditation is way more difficult for me personally. The longest I have done that is 15 min. It was guided and my mind strayed a bit, but very rewarding nonetheless. Sometimes we add 5 min of quiet meditation to the chanting. Also, I wrote in pencil so I can erase and revise when needed 😀
