288 and 326 are both 20 mins and so fun! One cardio dance and one arm dance. I go back to these on the regular when I am tired or crunched for time!

Absolutely loved this one! I usually have to modify a lot for abs due to neck issues, but the leg lift/ball roll with my head down was amazing!

How do you balance the lifting with MBody? I’m always looking for the optimal schedule. I guess I could add two days of weights. But MBody is so much more enjoyable!

I’d really like some classes focused on strengthening the posterior chain muscles! After so much computer/cellphone time, my posture/neck are not what they should be anymore!
