So excited for the themes of this challenge! Today’s live was everything 🥹 I want to hold myself accountable to making it to the mat first thing in the morning. I like the idea of taking care of my self first thing to empower me through the day/week/month.

This was AMAZING. HOLY COW. So much power and grace and mastery and exploration packed into one 30 minute class. It was sooooo nice to intentionally slow down (it’s SLOW and CHALLENGING yall) and feel into the foundations of my feet, ankles, and knees- especially as I’m getting older (and tbh: I was hard on these beautiful parts of my body when I was younger, and I’ve gotten into the not-so-great habit of tuning them out or worse turning them off). I was a little weepy after because I felt activations in the lower half of my body that I haven’t in a very long time. I’m so grateful for Marnie’s expert facilitation and for my body showing me how to care for it and how strong it is. I can see myself coming back to this one At least once a month.
