This challenge has beenā¦challenging for me š . Iāve been dealing with a chronic sinus infection for months and Iām finally realizing you canāt wait until you āfeel greatā to move on the mat (those of you with chronic conditions are already fully aware, Iām sure). These are some glimmers of me and my family being in the light or choosing movement (Simba even has his own little Movement ball!).
Any suggestions for the intense days when you crave/need movement but canāt tackle a 45 min sesh? Please share!
