Ahh so happy! Renewing membership too (best Christmas present two years in a row!!) 😆

I just came back to this one to squeeze some mat time in before dinner prep and WOW is it a new 20 minute fave!! I LOVE the combos because they made me feel at rest mentally and the movement and flow was so life giving and energizing.
