Just a very British tradition at Christmas. Sultanas, apple, cinnamon, cloves, and citrus baked in a mini pie. They are surprisingly delightful!

Beautiful and accurate tribute! Thankful for your holistic approach Marnie. It makes the work outs you devise so unique, the benefits long-lasting and the motivation to hit the mat often irresistible. Keep on keeping on please! Hope your birthday was marvelous and that your foot finds full healing in 2025! 🥰

Kathryn! I miss England at Christmas time the most! I lived in Liverpool for 4.5 years and Christmas is just magibdl there. Thank you for sharing!!

This was the perfect “battle through the post holidays blues” workout! Challenging after a couple days of less movement and great for destressing and decluttering of the soul.

Thank you for sharing! I was going to ask for the recipe because I love green bean casserole, but not a fan of heavy whipping cream. I make a Banoffee pie every year in honor of my English husband (I use coconut whipped cream and I make my own caramel). https://britishrecipesbook.co.uk/recipe/jamie-oliver-banoffee-pie/

I am devestated to see the suffering your community has gone through. My prayers are with you! One of my closest friends is from Asheville so we’ve been praying and supporting from Virginia. So glad you are safe Debora!

Only got 20 minutes to spare? Do not miss this workout! So sweaty and energizing. I can’t wait to do this one again! I echo the seed analogy at the end being incredible truth to meditate on. The mountains and valleys both shape us.

Congrats girl! I’m so happy for you and glad you share this joy with the fam

This is so so awesome! Thanks for sharing!
