RIP Richard Simmons! Just caught up on this wonderful workout and tribute. I used to Sweat to the Oldies on VHS with my mom back in the day - brought back so many memories! Sorry I missed this live - but absolutely loved it!!! 🌈🛼👩🏽‍🎤

Tough one! Started with 5 lb but dropped to 3 and felt able to complete the moves 😅 whew!
