Woohoo!! I did it!!! It was tough as I expected but I did better than I thought!!! I will return to this one regularly to continue challenging myself and seeing improvement.

And I love the gift of the star for Marnie, very apropo. Nobody shines brighter than she does.

Make up day

Today I did Day 16 Grounded Sweat 179 since I missed it. You can't tell in the picture, but the (full sized) towel is also soaked! And no I do not workout outdoors. I have the AC on and a fan blowing on me! 😛 When Marnie says sweat, I take it seriously!
