Today I did Day 16 Grounded Sweat 179 since I missed it. You can't tell in the picture, but the (full sized) towel is also soaked! And no I do not workout outdoors. I have the AC on and a fan blowing on me! 😛 When Marnie says sweat, I take it seriously!
