My summer is very much about caregiving. I spend 3 or 4 days a week helping to care for my elderly parents. Then I am very blessed to be able to spend the rest of the week taking care of myself. Thus I have been able to get to the mat with regularity. I'm not getting any of the "chores" done around my house but they're not going anywhere 😆. I'll get to them eventually.

Hey! We haven't had too much smoke since June. Here in Ontario our smoke came mostly from Quebec and things are better there. I know that the west is still having tons of forest fires 😯. I didn't know that you were from Saskatchewan, a true Prairie girl. How did you end up in MN? I've never been but I love being out in nature. Will have to put it on my bucket list now that I have a resident expert to consult! 😎

Hey Jessica! Thanks for reaching out. Life here in the Big Smoke is pretty good. I am currently away in Stratford Ontario with my bestie from highschool. Stratford is a quaint little theatre town about 200 kms (125 miles) from Toronto. So good to get away. How are things with you? Any big plans this summer?

So excited when I saw this workout in the Summer of Strong Challenge.  It is one of my faves!!! Was also one of my very first lives.
