I am definitely trying. I just finished Ballet Sculpt and Stretch 168. It is one of my all time faves. At the end of it, sitting so peacefully with Marnie, the tears started to flow. Very cleansing. I needed that 😪🤧

Yes I heard!!! Beata and Lindsey messaged me on IG. I still can't believe that I won!!! I am soooo excited. I finally get to meet Marnie!! Woohoo!!!

I missed you all

I was away on holidays for a few days and I was surprised by how much I missed you all. So glad to be back on the mat with Marnie 🙂.
Also asking for some positive energy, peace and strength to be sent my way. Both of my elderly parents are suffering right now. It is so painful to watch 😢💕. Thanks xoxo
