Thank you Amanda. I do honestly feel that 100% of me is welcome and accepted here, but thank you so much for reminding me. Sometimes I forget that I am NOT too much (in body and in spirit). Be well. 🤗

Lindsey, thank you so much for your kind words and support. They really mean the world to me. I have struggled with food/eating issues and body self-love since I was a teenager. I am truly blessed to have you and this family with whom I can always be myself. Sending love and strength your way! 😘💪

Megan that is so amazing! I love it. Thank you so much for sharing. I am definitely going to use your meditation idea. Gratitude is so important, especially when I'm struggling. Continue to take care of yourself 🤗

Hi Beata. Thanks for reaching out and for your question. I hadn't given it much thought. It was difficult to take the picture. I have never done anything like that. But once I took it, I knew with absolute clarity that I had to post it here. I knew that this was the group in which I could not only share my pain but also be held with love and acceptance. It has been a healing experience. I look forward to journeying with you on this path to self love and acceptance. If you'd ever like to connect privately, I'm fairy_melon on Instagram. Sending love 😘🤗

Thank you so much Emily for your kind and supportive words. I definitely gain strength from wonderful women like you! 🤗

Thanks Jessica for your very kind words and support. You are definitely a light in my life. Let's embrace our tummies together 🤗

Thanks so much Marnie. When (trying) to talk to myself kindly I often hear your words ❤️😘
