Thanks for sharing Sha. Day 2's workout 223 has been one of my faves for a long time. It is always the same thing that I need to let go of: fear, worry and anxiety particularly around my elderly parents. They are both unwell and I find myself losing so much time in my life worrying about their suffering and dying. Glad that we can support each other in our letting go! ❤️😍

Wow!! Loved this one.  After a tough week and a nasty sinus cold, I was looking for something more gentle. Sometimes the classes with less/no cardio and a lot of mat work are super hard on my wrists, but this one had a good balance. Will return to it often.
