This class was such sweet challenge. I do at least 4 -45 minute m/body classes a week so I feel my endurance is pretty high , but I had to pause and catch my breath after the second set of jumps. However I’m FEELING GOOD LIKE I SHOULD after accomplishing that!! Do not underestimate this class 🤪
This class went by SO fast. I even did it with my 2,4,6 and 7 year old running around 🤪. Been loving that the ab series isn’t at the very end but close to it. Also new music. Super fun !!!
Recently sprained my ankle slipping on one of my kids toys 🤪super bummed as I am an m/body fanatic , can anyone suggest very low impact videos or ones they could do during an injury ??
