Okay no question, new #1 fav!! I also incorporated 1lb ankle weights and 6lb arm weights. Would grab one of my arm weights for some of the standing ball series. This was sweaty but so much fun that the challenging bits just make you laugh. Will probably do it again in the morning !! Okay and super fun playlist ๐Ÿ˜

Omg omg omg

This class was such sweet challenge. I do at least 4 -45 minute m/body classes a week so I feel my endurance is pretty high , but I had to pause and catch my breath after the second set of jumps. However Iโ€™m FEELING GOOD LIKE I SHOULD after accomplishing that!! Do not underestimate this class ๐Ÿคช

This class went by SO fast. I even did it with my 2,4,6 and 7 year old running around ๐Ÿคช. Been loving that the ab series isnโ€™t at the very end but close to it. Also new music. Super fun !!!

Hi!

Recently sprained my ankle slipping on one of my kids toys ๐Ÿคชsuper bummed as I am an m/body fanatic , can anyone suggest very low impact videos or ones they could do during an injury ??
