Loved this SO much. I’ve been incorporating heavier weights for the last few months with a few of the 45 mins and pausing frequently because some of the sequences are faster than others- but making it work. I am obsessed with this Marnie !! PLEASE do more 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Okay no question, new #1 fav!! I also incorporated 1lb ankle weights and 6lb arm weights. Would grab one of my arm weights for some of the standing ball series. This was sweaty but so much fun that the challenging bits just make you laugh. Will probably do it again in the morning !! Okay and super fun playlist 😍

Omg omg omg

This class was such sweet challenge. I do at least 4 -45 minute m/body classes a week so I feel my endurance is pretty high , but I had to pause and catch my breath after the second set of jumps. However I’m FEELING GOOD LIKE I SHOULD after accomplishing that!! Do not underestimate this class 🤪

This class went by SO fast. I even did it with my 2,4,6 and 7 year old running around 🤪. Been loving that the ab series isn’t at the very end but close to it. Also new music. Super fun !!!
