I was soooooo.dang. Sore. From doing the most recent 20 min. Planks and pushups , it hurt to cough ! This class was perfect for recovery but also brought my heart rate up and sweaty sweaty . Thanks Marnie !!

Loved this SO much. I’ve been incorporating heavier weights for the last few months with a few of the 45 mins and pausing frequently because some of the sequences are faster than others- but making it work. I am obsessed with this Marnie !! PLEASE do more 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Okay no question, new #1 fav!! I also incorporated 1lb ankle weights and 6lb arm weights. Would grab one of my arm weights for some of the standing ball series. This was sweaty but so much fun that the challenging bits just make you laugh. Will probably do it again in the morning !! Okay and super fun playlist 😍
