Hello beautiful fam! Hello sweet Marnie. October is a very special month for me. It's a month of beautiful celebrations of life, love and balance. This month we celebrate my son Jacob's 26th birthday, my daughter Chaï's 23rd birthday ( today actually!), my 49th on the 18th and Hubbie's ( l'âge qu'il faut, as he says) on the 30th. It's also our wedding anniversary next weekend, Thanksgiving (Canadian), Halloween....Annnnnd....my one year M/body Marniversary! This month I will dance, connect, love and be grateful for the precious moments. Thank you for being part of my journey. Love always Tale.

I sincerely love them all for different reasons. 20 feels intense and complete for those days when I don't have much time. 30 to 45 feels rounded and bring me satisfaction. And 60 feels like a session of self care. When a bit tired and want the feeling of 60 but not motivated for a whole hour, I opted for 45. Sorry if this is not helping. 😂

Did this workout tonight after a challenging day at work. If you are looking to release stress and fill your cup.... this workout will do exactly that! I feel so much better, my head is clear, my heart is light and my body feels liberated!

Being a Libra, balance is everything to me. Being a vata (ayurvedic Dosha) balance is what I need to feel my best in my mind, my soul, my heart and my body. I easily lose track of balance and then stress, lack of sleep and negativity creep in. I search for balance in every aspect of my life. My plate, my workouts, my relationships, my work, my play, my alone time....etc. This month I devote my time on and off to mat to finding and feeling equilibrium. Love always xo
