It's my go to green smoothie: water, vanilla vegan protein powder, cucumber, carrot, zucchini, spinach.. The bowl is simply a bit of unsweetened vegan coconut yogurt, a bit of nut butter, hemp seeds and a few strawberries.

I finally did IRL LA. It was a challenge because Marnie wasn't at the front of the class. But other than that it was great.
