I'm generally a very positive person, but today was one of those work days that bring up frustration and annoyance. I'm wondering if I want to burn of steam with a more intense workout or a slow healing workout. What do you recommend? I'm tired but agitated at the same time πŸ˜‚. What do you normally do?

I'm so happy I took out my mat, pulled on my leggings and sports bra and did today's 60 minutes from the 28 days of self-care!! It feels amazing to build strength and endurance. Thank you Marnie xo Now I'm ready for Rihanna!!!
