I love having the choice. During the week it is easier to fit in the 30-45 minute workout and then the 60 minute on the weekend. I would love to participate in a live in the morning on the weekend, but I am in AST so four hours ahead! Ouch! I would say the most common length I choose is 45 minutes. <3
