Although I love the variety on the catalog ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป, my favorites are the 45-mins and 60-mins ones as I can only workout 2-3 times a week and want to feel like I did a challenging workout. Iโ€™d love to see more low impact workouts or sculpt(?) workouts because I want muscle strength/toning more than endurance/cardio. Themed classes and towel workouts are great too!

That was incredible! The floor work with knee crunching, reaching, and opening with alternating legs was confusing at first but so much fun once you get the hang of it โญ๏ธ
