Thank you for the shout out during the latest live, Marnie 😭💕 It means so much to me as I can’t connect with you and the global fam on the lives as it is 1 or 2 AM here but I’m always there in my heart as you said. I celebrated my 2nd M/BODY anniversary this May, but it feels more like the 5th!!! There’s nowhere else I’d rather be from here and forever on… Seriously! No other instructor has the best energy, passion, knowledge, and compassion like Marnie. M/BODY enables me to be the ballerina I never knew I could be 🩰, ignites the happy childlikeness within me, and keeps me active and healthy! Here’s a video I’ve been a little hesistant to share, but how cute are these littles ones that loveee joining me on the mat?!

Question about ankle/wrist weights: how many pounds is the one Marnie uses?

Snaps of my mini son and fur baby joining me on the mat over the months! My husband grabs his own mat when I invite him, too 😁

For anyone interested, this is a glimpse of fall where I am in Japan 🇯🇵 So serene, isn’t it? I’m so thankful I live in a country with four seasons to enjoy 🍁 It’s harder for me to feel connected here since I can’t join lives or IRLs or post on Instagram, but I hope that in sharing a part of my life here I can do my part in feeling like a member in this community. It’s been over 1.5 years since I joined! I considered leaving a few months ago because our ¥ (Yen) rate is horrid against $ (USD), but no other platforms motivate me as much as M/BODY so I budget in other areas because my physical health contributes to my mental well-being immensely... The upcoming lives look incredible and I’m glad to be here! Happy holidays to everyone 🤍

I’ve been getting recurring tension headaches for several years now and get colds quite often… I exercise, try to get sleep, and eat pretty healthy, I think. If you have any good suggestions for supplements and other natural remedies that you swear by, could you please share with me? 🙏🏻

I’ve struggled with lower back pain for several years now and it seems to make things worse when I’m not as active or using my lower back muscles enough. Leg raises and hip raises seem to make things better in my experience. Which classes do you recommend that uses a lot of lower back? Thank you in advance!

Okay, so I’ve started doing M/BODY more and noticed I’m losing weight… and I’m already a skinny gal and don’t want to get skinnier. (I grew up getting teased about being “too thin,” so trust me, I’m not showing off 😅). I try not to do high impact jumps and modify so I can build more muscles instead. I feel healthy and toned, and I don’t feel the need to eat more. I used to try to gain weight by eating more, but didn’t feel good doing it, although maybe I was doing it wrong. I used to do random workouts on YouTube to gain weight/muscles with heavier weights and low reps. Yet, I don’t ultimately enjoy lifting heavier weights so much and Marnie’s workouts are so fun and I love how I feel afterwards so I solely do M/BODY right now. With that said, I am willing to do things differently to not lose any more weight. Do you have any suggestions?
Also, I would like to know any supplement suggestions for general health/beauty/strength/immune system. Don’t worry, I won’t take your suggestions as medical advice! If there’s something that worked well for you, I’d love to hear it.
P.S. On an unrelated note, I had a dream last night that there is an IRL class happening in Japan and I was about to miss it…Ha! Probably all the talk about the IRL in America got me dreamin’…

With my minis by the pool side, taken by my sweet husband. It was the first time for our two months old daughter to dip in the pool ☺️, followed by some delicious matcha for dessert. I wish everyone a summer full of wonderful memories!

Hi, fam! 🤍 We recently welcomed a second mini through adoption! I realize more than ever how much working out all these years have helped me stay fit to raise little ones. Oh, and this is my first M/BODY anniversary! Although I can’t join lives due to the time zone in Japan, I try to make it to the mat 2-3 times a week. My favorite is the 45-mins sessions 🧘🏻‍♀️I enjoy checking for updates on this community page and enjoying Marnie’s feel-good workouts!

Coming here to say hi, and I'm looking forward to being motivated by everyone! I'm aiming for the 30/60 challenge. I won't be able to join the live with my time zone in Japan but it's so nice that I can feel more connected with everyone and challenge myself. Questions: how much lemon do you squeeze into 32oz of water? What can you drink instead of celery for those who can't tolerate celery? And do you get disqualified if you didn't complete the challenge perfectly? (say you did 29/60 workouts or if you didn't do all the daily wellness activity).
