Can someone explain how it works? I read the deets but still don’t get it 😅 If I choose 30/60 workouts = 3-4 per week, which ones do I do on my first week? If you can type out the workout names on the grid or circle the grid for me it would make sense it would be so helpful… 🙏🏻
