This low impact sculpt class is all about connecting to your deepest strength, letting yourself feel aaaallll the feels and exploring what’s possible for you right now. Lights weights (1-5lbs) and a mini ball can be added for a little extra challenge. Great for: building lean muscle in your abs, arms, booty and legs. *Bonus: the first half of class is a standing series designed to improve your balance and proprioception. Focus on: using the power of surrender to go deeper into each posture.
