Hi fam! Iโ€™m a bit under the weather and feeling low energy and achy - giving my body lots of rest (as much as I can with two minis ๐Ÿ˜…) - but these workouts are such an important part of my mental health/managing my anxiety I was thinking maybe I could incorporate some mild stretch flows into my sick days.

So! What are your favorite low energy classes?

60min are my fave!! 45min would be my second choice. Iโ€™ve been craving a longer stretch video! Maybe a 45min full body stretch where we can take lots of time going deeper into stretches?
