Craving strength training! I’ve been loving the power sculpting and even searching out more strength training outside of this app, my body has been craving it and loving it! I’d also love more deep stretches. I’ve been working towards my splits and I’m *thiiis* close so I’d love some classes focused on flexibility etc too. And I always love a barre class and a fun themed class!! 🤍🤍🤍

Bada$$ Women Signature 359 - the one I bring out when I’m in an anxiety spiral, it has snapped me out of some funks! This playlist will make you feel empowered and unstoppable. It is actually impossible to get through the Tina Turner push up series without smiling.

Power Sculpt 372 - if the mantra “you are stronger than you think” was a class, it would be this one! I love any power sculpt to remind us of our deep strength.

I’ve tweaked my lower back/hips a few times. I had to find a balance with movement during those times - staying still did not help because my back would stiffen up. But going hard at workouts also made the pain worse. I’d focus on alignment and form over intensity, add in some healing hips classes - breathe into the stretches but be gentle with it. If something feels off while you’re working out try to tune in and adjust/modify. Use the ball for support during abs, etc. Chiropractor also helped when things felt really off. 🤍🤍 sending love and healing vibes!
