Hi fam! Iโ€™m a bit under the weather and feeling low energy and achy - giving my body lots of rest (as much as I can with two minis ๐Ÿ˜…) - but these workouts are such an important part of my mental health/managing my anxiety I was thinking maybe I could incorporate some mild stretch flows into my sick days.
