My challenge board looks a little different this time - I’ve recently discovered I enjoy running and was in the middle of a training plan for that - so a few workouts were replaced with runs since it was too much for my body to do both. But I had a great time and worked hard and enjoyed trying something new :)

I see that a new schedule may be coming soon… May I humbly request a new XXX signature? 🌶️🔥👯‍♀️
