Welcome! So glad you’re here 😊My balance has improved and I’ve never seen so many specific muscle lines in my legs and the shape of my booty has changed a year into M/BODY. For me what’s been most significant is a mind shift change with fitness, workouts, and approaching the health of my body (steering away from “bikini ready” ‘inspiration’ from many other exercises). I’ve also found that M/BODY does not require the recovery time I used to need when hitting the treadmill more regularly, although sometimes I’ll choose a class that is more recovery flow focused when feeling worked from previous classes.

As Marnie says at the end: I get to work out. The orange series really keep that inner heat burning. I particularly loved the floor work choreography, and I echo @LindseyJ’s comment about the helpful explanations!

Before class consider deflating your ball a little bit, so it stays under your foot and squeezed in your knee easier. Sweaty, heart pumping, wiggly class that includes all of Marnie’s reminders of playing and letting go of ideas of perfection so you can experience this class in a way that embracing challenges in an empowering way. Can be done w/o equipment for travel, but weights and ball keeps that fire burning throughout class.

Holy arms and glutes!
This Signature class was so, so good! Felt like mostly standing (there’s some mat planks/push-ups and some floor core/glutes but the pace of the entire class goes quickly). Loved the use of the M/ovement ball (especially under the feet). Adding to a favs list - the playlist and order of songs is 🔥.

Yesss! Adding Mavis Staples for Soul Legends list (agreed Aretha Franklin is number 1) but personally I’d love to hear a few current artists like the late great Sharon Jones ❤️

Palentine’s classes are simultaneous love letters to your own heart and an ode to the connections with loved ones - all with vibrant energy, a thoughtful playlist, and Signature choreography that moves quickly but isn’t too complicated. Great use of the M/ovement ball interwoven in class. This is my M/BODY anniversary class and I’m so grateful for how I feel doing these classes and the connections available in the #mbodyglobalfam to give and receive beautiful support and encouragement. ❤️

This class went by so quickly- it was dancey and wiggly (for me and my balance). An ongoing practice to flow with it rather than judge when it takes me a while to catch the choreography.

I so enjoyed revisiting this all-standing (even ending stretches we remain standing) beautiful leg sculpt and stretch class, that also gets into your booty, hips, and core despite the leg-focus. This is a great energizing quickie class! Not bouncy but builds heat and energy.

Almost a year in, and I still find Marnie's comments about form, what to focus on, etc. incredibly helpful. This is a great mostly standing class with a little floor work that does not require equipment. I reiterate what I said months ago- come here for the beautiful message about "Release" at the end.
