This was perfect a day after a bootylicious M/BODY class where my legs and glutes needed some TLC (love ya, Grounded Sweat classes!). This did have me on the sides of my mat and required some additional space (no equipment- Marnie sits on the Movement ball for ending meditation). This class focuses on the softness and safety we can create for ourselves. There are some trauma-informed approaches (such as the peripheral eye movements) sprinkled in along with some beautiful yoga poses.
