Power sculpt that keeps us mostly up on our feet (and at times on our knees) but these choreographical sequences do not have us in traditional plank form or laying on the mat. Some side plank inspired moves sprinkled in and on-all-fours included. Great activation of glutes, legs, core while we work arms and lats, and all of the midline crossing is awesome. Largely grounded in our feet, but moving up and down with weighted touching points ground to sky, and balance challenges (modifiable). Marnie’s form cues are incredibly helpful. Strengthen, stretch, and sweat here!

Caroline S I’m so happy if they’re helpful! It’s just my perspective, but I know how much I appreciate reading others’ comments in advance to get a sense of what may come (whether my experience is similar or varies is okay, yet it helps knowing what others’ takeaways were). Thank you for YOUR thoughtful comments, Caroline!
