The class picture is Marnie’s current favorite move and it is part of this celebration of play class. Wonderful playlist! Warmups invite options to jump and options to move like you. There are also some traditional barre moments that invite your Badass Ballerina self to show up (the coupé with a pulse sent me). We use all equipment: barre, hand weights (in traditional sequences), and we use the Movement ball in between our legs at the barre as well as down on the mat (behind our back, between our knees and legs). Playful crunches on the mat. For your space, be aware we change sides at the barre (so moving your barre or changing which direction you face so the inner foot is right and later left). Class is playful, lighthearted energy, with reminders to soften your face and jaw because it isn’t serious and those muscles aren’t being called to engage. Note to future me: next time have the ball ready for in between your knees when kneeling on your shins b/c your Millenial knees need that support just as much as your emotional support water bottle.

This class felt great after returning to a week of a lot more sitting at a desk than I prefer.

I always enjoy a booty class, but coming back to do this one again just a few days later and I think it's my (current) Favorite amongst my Booty Favs! It also feels like it carries hope and appreciation for those to whom we are sending Light and Love.

Yep, revisiting this class with my barre was wonderful even though the barre portion is brief. A few jump options in the beginning but primarily mid-to-low impact Feel Good Signature!

Thank you for adding another XXX class to our extensive catalog! They are so much fun, awaken life and blood flow to our hips and center, and brings a Signature flow that feels so good. There are a few jump options, but class is primarily medium to low impact with some bounces and pulses. I loved the choreo combo of the side leg lift with forward step and back leg work, holy moly that burn was glorious! Thanks #mbodyglobalfam for some sassy songs in the playlist!

/219 remains a badass challenge of a class- especially as I am revisiting it when I have slightly increased my hand weights. We really use hand weights for majority of class and those ending stretches lengthened out on our stomachs using the Movement ball are ahhh-mazing! Such a great sweaty, challenging, and fun class to return to!

This is a big beautiful booty burn of a class- loved it from warm up, through our combos, to the closing stretches. Adding ankle weights FTW and felt the deep glute work throughout. Helpful for me to do this in front of a mirror for hip alignment. We are on our feet, in some tabletop positions on the mat, and some combos bringing us up and down from the mat. Low impact with pulses and one intentional, powered up kick at a time. Favorited!
