The IRL energy is palpable even from the screen! I suggest anyone take the plane, train, or road trip if you have a chance to catch a class in-person. Fabulous signature moves and a big smile on my face knowing so many were there!

I know I commented the first time around (I love connecting with the inner badass ballerina!) but FYI this is such a great class to gather energy for the day without impact and jumps. It’s building that fire to fuel the rest of your day.

Oops that posted too soon. This class has a nice flow of signature moves, but my abs were burning from the /231 class I did 3 days earlier!
