So warming and invigorating, even when baby it's cold outside. All standing and upright, with optional hand weights for the last few minutes (yes please!). Each song has a new dance sequence. We are going side to side, left and right, with some forward knee lifts and foot tap behind us, but super easy for small space and can be no equipment for on the go.

This floor flow was warming, stretching, and strengthening. Whole body activation while remaining low to Mama Earth; I was feeling my arms and shoulders, my obliques and core, and my glutes and legs. Ankle weights bring the added challenge in a booty-ful way. Accessible, moves quickly, and felt great for mid-day but this would be a wonderful way to build up and greet the day in the morning as well.Â
