Awww Toby Love! Thank you for sharing him, and your family fur babies. Our dog passed in Spring 2020 but my kiddo prays for him at least weekly. 🐾 Fur babies FOR LIFE!!

Yes!! Love grabbing seasonal and local when that can work out. Go to veggies are spinach, broccoli (a lot of research saying this is an incredibly powerful food!), bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, corn (maybe it’s a Maryland thing). Fruit: kinda boring but bananas, apples, berries of any and all sorts , plums, peaches, and nectarines. My go-to snack (or lunch if having a big dinner) is a smoothie with: fresh banana, fresh spinach or spinach/kale mix, milled flaxseed, Greek yogurt, (sometimes regular yogurt added on), and frozen “tropical fruit” blend of pineapple, mango, and strawberry. I usually do an entire blender full and either split with my husband or take 2 to-go bottles of this as a snack for a long work day.
