I so enjoyed revisiting this all-standing (even ending stretches we remain standing) beautiful leg sculpt and stretch class, that also gets into your booty, hips, and core despite the leg-focus. This is a great energizing quickie class! Not bouncy but builds heat and energy.

Almost a year in, and I still find Marnie's comments about form, what to focus on, etc. incredibly helpful. This is a great mostly standing class with a little floor work that does not require equipment. I reiterate what I said months ago- come here for the beautiful message about "Release" at the end.

Bouncy cardio class that doesn’t require equipment (but room to jump around). Having the M/ovement ball available for the floor was a nice personal option, but not required. Marnie’s energy and music carries you through if you’re dragging a little.

This low-impact, lower-body focused class was exactly what I needed (and could do while under the weather) today! Marnie even shows you all the moves if you don’t have a barre (or stable surface) nearby. This booty barre class is now added to my Favorites list and you should check it out if you need a quick burn and stretch, but just don’t have a lot of energy for something very bouncy.

Posted too soon- the messages sprinkled throughout, especially during the stretches within class and closing message are beautifully spoken to your heart. I had all the goosebumps. ❤️

This is a great Signature class- more sets of 16 than 32. You’ll feel fire in your legs but the core and your abs are targeted by Marnie. She’s coming for them- get ready! (But you’ve got this and there are always modifications given, especially for our pregnant #mbodyglobalfam)

This class felt so grounding and centering. No equipment and all on the floor- a calming way to gather your energy for the day or a soothing way to end the day without feeling too activated. I thought it was ab-centric, but then it was getting the hips and legs, and then the arms, so in typical M/BODY mastery it is full-body and feels so yummy to move with this choreographed flow. Definitely favoriting!

Reading all of these comments and in agreement w/ these suggestions and the shoutouts to the fabulous M/BODY team! ❤️ The current variety in catalog is wonderful (variety of length, equipment, theme). I love a Badass Ballerina class, but those stretch flow classes are amazing too. Lyrical choreo marrying yoga flow feels poetic. And kickboxing? Yes! Wiggly Movement ball class like T. Swift - I didn’t realize it was missing from my life until I sweated through it.
