I used a playground ball for the first few months and that carried me through, but using the M/ovement ball seriously feels like leveling up. I love mine!

Yay this was my first Live class I did when I joined M/BODY (I logged in for the Palentine's that Saturday before but wasn't able to work out during). This quick class brings the burn but quickly changes choreography and feels sustainable. Wonderful on its own, but could be a nice add-on to a cardio or barre short class.

This workout itself is 45 minutes despite a longer video; it's low-impact (a few bounce options and a single round of jump optional), just about all standing (and at the barre) with powerful leg and glute choreography. We only hit the mat at the end for some core work using leg lifts and then a slower, intentional ending stretch. Brings the heat through sculpt for sure!

Such a great cardio-infused class that can be done while traveling. Feels whole body and filled with connection. Despite the name, there are just a few variations of planks but nothing to fear (the "push-ups and planks" classes bring so many more planks than Planksgiving). Happy 10th Planksgiving, dear Marnie, M/BODY team, and fam!

This is a bouncy, dancy no-equipment standing class blends Brittney Spears dance routines vibes with ballet barre moves, and even though I was not totally on beat it was still so much fun and sassy!

Need a 45 minute class? Do THIS one! Floor and mat perfection! Impact is super manageable, arabesque gorgeous choreography sequence at the barre and mat work to tie it all together. This felt easy on shoulders, and I felt amazing after class. I noticed my awakened inner thigh and glutes muscles awakening for the next few days.

Standing class all the way to the final stretches and reverence. Great class that felt low-impact (no jumps or bounces, just pulses) with a start without weights then use of hand weights (two then one). The pulses of the lower body heats things up and helps this feel full-body even though it focuses on back, arms, and postural muscles.

This all-standing class incorporates the most fun one leg ballet jumps at the barre and uses one hand weight. I feel elongated and my hips and legs are especially feeling the love. This can be done without any bounce or jumps, so if you stick to just pulses you can make it totally low to no impact (but the endurance of pulses and sets brings the burn). Class ends with nice meditation of releasing and owning.

Such a great, quick cardio burst class! We spend some time mindfully in our body with the beginning warmup stretches and movement, then cardio bursts (all standing on the mat, lots of bounces, no equipment, just need enough space to kick around yourself). When short on time but need your heart rate up and a little sweat, or needing a cardio burst add-on, choose this one!

This was a powerful, energetic, Signature class that stretches and sculpts from neck to toes. I was warmed up and feeling strong (or at least that I was actively getting stronger) as class progressed. Some plank work included. This was an oldie M/BODY class but a goodie.Â
