Hi everyone! Since my IG is private, I will write my goals and post everything for the challenge here! I am committing to 30 days of fitness, hopefully more. My three goals are 1. To show up to the mat as often as possible, as a way to remind me how good I feel after moving with the fam. 2. Be gentle with myself when my body is telling me to slow down (and listen to it). 3. Take 10 minutes each day to do the wellness tasks and to journal. Happy Challenge everyone! Day 1 and 2 done!
