Jumping jacks, grape vine dancing, center twists, jump options and battement choices; plank dances; so much sweat and feeling aliveness in this hour! ETA: I forgot how much I felt my abdominal muscles for the next 2 days following this class. Whew!

Class begins with warmup- no chit chat before movement. Another gorgeous, effective use of 20 minutes: my heart rate was accelerated, I was sweating, and I definitely feel more energized.
